When it makes practical sense, Birdies recovers value through individual sales, an in-home estate sale or auction. Excess contents can then be removed and the remaining furnishings rearranged for listing photos and showings. Additional staging pieces are available to rent when needed.
If the property also needs cleaning, hauling, landscaping or minor repairs, Birdies can coordinate those services. This gives you one reliable point of contact while your client receives respectful support and the property keeps moving toward the market.
