Basic Support
For those who need guidance rather than full service, we offer a free one-hour Basic Support session. This session helps clarify what to keep, what to release, and what may hold resale value—without pressure to continue.
Some clients use this session to get unstuck and move forward on their own. If there are one or two items worth selling, we can manage those on straight commission and coordinate buyers directly, keeping the process simple and low-commitment

Home Clearout
Our Home Clearout service is designed for situations where a property needs to be emptied efficiently and responsibly. We remove, sort, and dispose of household contents, leaving the space ready for cleaners, repairs, or new occupants.
This service is commonly used for estate clearouts, rental turnovers, or time-sensitive property transitions. Up to $100 in dump fees is included. Optional storage is available at an additional cost, and items valued at over $1,000 can be sold on commission, with clients earning up to 50% when items sell..

Estate Sales
We take a structured, custom approach to Estate Sales based on the needs of the estate and the timeline involved. Services may include online sales, in-person estate sales, or a combination of both. We manage the process from start to finish—sorting, organizing, pricing, buyer coordination, and pickup.
Our flexible day-rate and commission structure allows estates to scale appropriately. Clients receive a clear estimate of work involved and access to a shared spreadsheet that tracks inventory, values, and progress throughout the sale.

Our Home Staging service focuses on preparing a property for sale in a practical, cost-effective way. Using what’s already in the home, we create a clean, neutral presentation that helps buyers focus on the space itself.
We rearrange, edit, and highlight key features to improve flow and visual appeal for listing photos and showings. This service is often used alongside estate clearouts or downsizing support and is designed to help properties stand out online without unnecessary expense.
