  • Our difference is how we approach our work.

We have multiple ways to get a job done—selling, clearing, donating, disposing, or a combination—and we choose the approach that best serves the client’s interests in each situation.

    What sets us apart:

    • We assess the situation before deciding on a path

    • We use multiple avenues to resolve estate contents, not a single default solution

    • We prioritize what makes the most sense financially, practically, and emotionally

    • We adapt quickly when timelines, conditions, or priorities change

    • We act in the client’s best interest at every decision point

We treat each client with the same care and discretion we would expect for our own family—looking out for outcomes, not just efficiency.

  • We provide a project estimate based on the scope of work.

Each estimate reflects the size of the home, volume of contents, complexity, timeline, and the services required—such as sorting, resale, removal, or disposal.

Depending on the project, an estimate may include:

    • Service fees for labour, coordination, and execution

    • Revenue-sharing on items sold

    • Removal or disposal costs, where applicable

Estimates are provided before work begins, and the recommended approach is based on what makes the most sense for the client’s situation. In many cases, resale proceeds can offset service costs.

Our focus is clear estimates and pricing tied to the actual work involved.

  • Items that aren’t suitable for resale are handled based on condition, usefulness, and the agreed plan.

When appropriate, we prioritize community-based donation, including:

    • Donations to local non-profits such as Mamas for Mamas

    • Direct support to individuals or families in the community who can genuinely use the items

Items that aren’t appropriate for donation are recycled or disposed of responsibly as part of the clear-out.

Donation and disposal decisions are discussed in advance, and items are handled accordingly. Nothing is removed without a clear plan.
