• Removal or disposal costs, where applicable

Estimates are provided before work begins, and the recommended approach is based on what makes the most sense for the client’s situation. In many cases, resale proceeds can offset service costs.

Items that aren’t suitable for resale are handled based on condition, usefulness, and the agreed plan.

When appropriate, we prioritize community-based donation, including:

Items that aren’t appropriate for donation are recycled or disposed of responsibly as part of the clear-out.

Donation and disposal decisions are discussed in advance, and items are handled accordingly. Nothing is removed without a clear plan.
