  4. Pickup coordination
    Pickup is arranged at the time of sale. Items remain in your possession unless otherwise agreed.

What we sell

This service focuses on items with a resale value of $100 or more, where proper pricing and buyer access make a meaningful difference.

That said, lower-value items are not automatically excluded. When it makes sense, related pieces can be grouped and sold together as a single lot to improve efficiency and results.

Option 1: In Home

Ideal for larger items or situations where storage isn’t needed.

  • Items remain with you until sold

  • Birdies handles pricing, listings, buyer communication, and coordination of pick-up with owner

  • Client Commission: 50% of final sale price

Option 2: Consignment

Best for clients who require storage, or don’t want to deal with the ‘pick-up’ process.

  • Items are collected and stored by Birdies

  • Birdies handles pricing, listings, buyer communication, and coordination pick-up with buyer

  • Client Commission: 30% of final sale price

    *Commission negotiable on higher priced items
